1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Texas Dinosaur Adventure's website, services, and communication channels (collectively, the “Services”). By booking an event, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
Texas Dinosaur Adventure offers experiences and event services throughout the North Texas area. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment
Event bookings may require a minimum order and deposit at the time of scheduling. Payment terms and pricing are displayed during booking. All invoices must be paid in full before service is rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy

The initial $100 deposit is nonrefundable when a customer cancels an event, except as provided below. Refunds of payments beyond the initial deposit are determined as follows:

30 or more days before the originally scheduled event date: 100% of payments beyond the $100 deposit will be refunded.

14–29 days before the originally scheduled event date: 50% of payments beyond the $100 deposit will be refunded.

Fewer than 14 days before the originally scheduled event date: all payments are nonrefundable. However, Texas Dinosaur Adventure will work with the customer to select an available later date and apply the deposit and other payments retained toward the rescheduled event.

These cancellation windows are measured from the originally scheduled event date, even if the event has been rescheduled.

If a customer needs to reschedule, Texas Dinosaur Adventure will work with the customer to select a new event date, subject to availability. The $100 deposit and any other payments retained toward the booking will be applied to the rescheduled event.

If weather prevents an event from taking place, Texas Dinosaur Adventure will work with the customer to select an available replacement date. The deposit and all other payments will be applied toward the rescheduled event.
If no suitable replacement date is available, all payments will remain available as a credit toward a future event for one year from the originally scheduled event date. This weather policy applies whether the customer or Texas Dinosaur Adventure makes the decision to cancel because of weather.
If Texas Dinosaur Adventure cancels an event for a reason other than weather, the customer will receive a full refund of the $100 deposit and all other payments made toward that event.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to ensure that your event location allows safe vehicle or cart access if applicable.

6. SMS/MMS Communication
By providing your phone number to Texas Dinosaur Adventure', you agree to receive text messages related to your booking, delivery, or other service updates. With your consent, you may also receive promotional messages about our products or events. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, emailing [email protected], or calling (972) 677-DINO (3466) Reply HELP for help.

We are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Use of Website
All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by Texas Dinosaur Adventures. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Dinosaur Adventures and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services or website.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
